i7 2600k vs i7 3770k

I found two great deals on kijiji. The first one being:
i7 2600k
Asus P8P67 Pro
$330 Cad = $246 Usd

The second one being:
i7 3770k
Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
$400 Cad = $299 Usd

Heres the thing. If i buy the 2600k, i can get a watercooler like an h80, but if i buy the 3770k, I will have to use the stock cooler for a year.
The question is:
i7 2600k 4.8ghz vs i7 3770k stock?

Definetely go 2600k. 3770K does not have any real advantages over the 2600K except for a bit less power consumption while not overclocked. 2600K overclocked WILL be way better than 3770K at stock, there's nothing to discuss there. Not to mention the free 50$ in your pocket.
