How many fps in csgo would i get With These specs? On low/High set.

8 GB DDR3 ram? FM2 APU/CPU's scale with RAM speed so moving from 1600mhz to 2133mhz will net you on average 17% and more depending on how well the titles are optimized for AMD.
A A-10 7800 + a R9 270X should be able to handle GS:GO with mixed Medium to High settings on 1080P and average in the 50's. If you experience noticeable issues then turn the monitor down to 60hz since 60fps @ 60hz is more obtainable than 75fps @ 75hz. Besides the RAM speed there are plenty of game tweaks to get you closer to a stable fps.
