So at the moment I have 3 drives in, one 500GB HDD backup, one 500GB HDD storage and one 500GB SSD. In BIOS I set my SSD to first priority after cloning it from my HDD and i'm totally able to use it. I'm currently running most my apps off of it. But i ran msconfig and checked my boot settings, and it still says its running from the OS on my C drive (The HDD). Do i need to wipe my HDD in order for it to automatically go to my D drive(SSD)?

Solution
I would try to set the SSD to c:/ try to remove the other HDD and go to diskmanager and change the SSD drive letter.

after its up and running add one HDD at a time change the drive to d or e h or Games or whatever you want it called......

you might want reformat the old HDD that had windows on it so there is no conflicts ( at this point the cloned SSD should have all the info off it anyways
