Asrock Z170 Internet problem

Question from bally30 : "Asrock Mobo Z170 Causing Internet Not to work"
If i go into the Bios & change anything, when PC restarts i have no internet, the only way to get my internet back is to install the Mobo drivers from disk & restart the modem & then the PC,
Also im getting a strange sound coming thought the motherboard but it wasnt it was in fact coming from the PSU i read online to disable EIST C1E,C3,C6 & now the whistle sound is gone But once again i get to desktop & no internet & wifi dose not work ether until i install the mobo disk drivers Pls Help
also can disabling EIST C1E,C3,C6 damage cpu,mobo or anything else
