Questions about the Intel 6950X and the (Thermal interface material) EKWB Indigo Xtreme TIM - 2011-3

I had a 5820K and it worked fine with the Indigo Xtreme (link), but now I have just installed a 6950X and it is the same socket, but EK states that the Indigo Xtreme doesn't work with Broadwell-E. I don't understand why it wouldn't work. Anyways, if it doesn't work than what do you suggest I do since I have already applied it and assembled my computer. Or is there anything similar to the Indigo Xtreme that will work.

No, don't use indigo on 6950x, I forget where I red Arctic MX 4 beats other TIM.
