cpu : intel g2030
gpu: amd radeon 7770hd
ram:4gb

Solution

Just because you don't want to replace the video card does not mean...
First thing is to test the video card in another known good system with a good power supply. If it works there, try with another power supply. Maybe overheating, have you cleaned out the system lately? Fans clean? Maybe reinstall the heatsink with new thermal paste.

I cleaned it, not perfectly cuz i dont have the tools.
But about 6 months ago i took my to service cuz something happen with the psu.
They said it was nothing wrong with the gpu. The psu had something with the volatage.
U think its not something with the software or maybe a virus? Cuz if it something with the hardware i might buy soon a new psu and case, but not a gpu cuz its ex[ensive.

Just because you don't want to replace the video card does not mean that is not where the issue is. Test the card in another system with a known good power supply. And it may be a power supply issue. Easiest and best way to see where the issue is, try the video card in another system with a known good power supply, if it works OK in that system, then it's not the card. If it's not the card, try with a different power supply. Make sure you don't use a cheap one or you'll just end up with the same issue at some point with the possibility of damaging other components.

i understand, the thing is i dont think i can replace the gpu if that was the problem, also finding another system is hard and so testing would be cuz those crashes are very random, sometime i can use the pc without one for some time, some times, like today i can have at least 6 or 7..
Ty anyway.
