My Computer Randomly Crashes After 5-20 Minutes In Games

Hello after about two years of my computer running smoothly, my computer has started to completely shut off without a warning after, running quite demanding games, after 5-20 minutes of gameplay.
I have read a bit about it, but I am no expert and don't have much of clue really. I have used a program called CPUID HWMonitor to try and see if anything goes beyond like a hundred degress celcius, but with my little understand I don't really know what is supposed to be, at what. I jumped into a quick game and saved two files, one being a smbus and the other, I think an overview over CUUID HWMonitor which I will link in the comments.
I have tried to put the power into another socket, but with no help.
I have updated my nvidia drivers, but I don't think this is the problem since, the computer shuts off with no warnings at all.
I have cleaned the computer from dust, as I thought it did smell a little burnt in my room and it did come from the computer, a little smelly burnt smell.
I would like some guidance or expertise, to hopefully solve my problem and thank you for you time :)
