em excuse me guys so i have this issue of games crashing to desktop without warning randomly when not even under load i have monitored my cpu heat and it's pretty low even at the time of crashes i recently changed my ram could that be the cause of the issue?

Might be your video drivers. Are you using an integrated video adapter, or are you using a full-on dedicated card? Is it Intel, AMD or Nvidia?
