Does your board have a dual BIOS feature? If it does, try using the 2nd BIOS chip. Read your board's manual on how to do that. You could also try using an older version of your BIOS update utility. Some older versions of those utilities (especially if they are much older than the BIOS file), do give you the option of rolling back your BIOS to a previous version. Finally you should search the net for your specific board. Some older BIOS update utilities from the same manufacturer but for other boards may work but it is a dangerous procedure that may permanently brick your motherboard.
