Hi I'm trying to make a cheap budget PC for a company based for kids and does not need an expensive computer. I was wondering if it had integrated graphics because I do not need any graphics cards if it does. Thanks!

Integrated graphics are not powerful enough to run AAA games at maximum settings but are sufficient for low-mid end gaming. Besides on a low budget below US$1000-1250, stick with AMD.
Settle with a mid-high end AMD APU then the lowest end Intel CPU, better performance per dollar is obtained. You also do not need upgrading potential, since people that buy budget builds rarely have money to upgrade every year or two.

You can single-source the parts from Amazon.

With less than US$400 (cheaper than a console), you get a build capable of both 1080p 30FPS or 720p 60FPS gaming and also can be used for computing tasks like web browsing, office software and video streaming.

No, if you need an iGPU then an i3 is usually the best choice and the pentium line is also OK. If you want to stick with AMD then you can get an FM2 APU processor like the 7700K or somthing, but I'd suggest intel as there's really no upgrade path should you need more performance if you go with an FM2 motherboard.

EDIT: The Pentium G4400 and i3 6100 make the most sense to me depending on how much performance you need
