I have a pendrive. It is 4 years old. I rarely use it. But now when I insert it in my computer. It ask me to format it. Then I format it. After that it worked fine. But after 5 to 7 minutes when I re-insert it. It again asked me to format. But my another pendrive is working fine.

So, how can I fix this problem?

Solution
Hi there, Thor.

Is it still usable after each format? You could try reformatting it by using its manufacturer's formatting tool (most SD card and flash drive manufacturers offer such tools for their devices), to see if that fixes things up. You should also try it with a different computer/device, to see if the same thing happens.
Another thin you could do, is to re-install the card reader's driver or update it, to see if that changes anything.

Hope that helps.

My guess is that you should be able to find it on the manufacturer's website (either support or download section) or just google it.
On the other hand, @Phillip is probably right. If the card is indeed failing, there's no other fix than replacing it. This way, you'll never get to worry if the information you've written on it will be readable by another device afterwards or be usable altogether.
