Hey! I had someone help me build a pc and I want to know if the fan configuration is alright. Here is a picture to show you the airflow. Please tell me if it sucks. If it does, please tell me how to make it not suck. Thanks. :D

I'd say you should make it exhaust.
And as madmatt30 have said. 3 exhaust fans, is quite overkill. Go with 1 in the front, and the watercooling in the back as exhaust. That should give you plenty of airflow :)
What case is it ??

3 exhausts is overkill , the top fan vents are generally designed for water cooling.

Just use the rear fan as exhaust , & the top rear one as exhaust , leave the top front one free.

You only have room for 1 front intake ? (A lot of cases will take 2)

Yes It's a really old mid tower case with one front intake. Thanks for the help.

The rear fan is for he cpu cooler (H55) and in the manual it told me to make that fan an intake for the aio cooler to work best. Do you think I should still make it an exhaust anyways. Thanks for the help.

Thank you very much. I'll reverse the fan for the rad.

I wouldnt do that mate,as it is youll get lower cpu temps as an intake as its drawing fresh air in from the outside of the case.
Its fine as it is ,although as I stated earlier I would have fitted the radiatiator as an intake on the top front fan slot from the off.

Its honestly not worth the hassle of moving it around now though - difference will be negligible at best.
If you are intaking to the rad though you want the fan first next to the casing with the rad mounted to the inside - you may already have it this way?? All I can see inside your case is the reflection of your monitor which tbh downright confused me at first as it loks like its inside the case
The reason being a fan will always push better than it pulls imo.
