My intended use for my build is for GPU rendering. I am looking into a dual graphics card set up and seeing if my current build can support it.
My current motherboard is a Gigabyte SKT-1155 Z77X-D3H Motherboard:

The new GPU I am currently looking for is another MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 4G

But basically my main goal of this extended build is to see if a dual graphics card set up is currently viable with my current PC set up. And the overall goal of this set up is for better performance and speed during GPU rendering.
If you have any further question. Or suggestions of a better route to take in terms of what graphics card I should purchase then feel free to give your suggestions
