Does bios show right speeds?

Does PC recognise you have the right CPU?
right click this pc on desktop and choose properties - does it show right CPU & speed?

Have you got the latest chipset drivers and Intel Management Engine for the motherboard? Windows would rely on the drivers to tell it right speed, I would think..

I did notice a change in 'system', it says the right CPU but behind it, it says 1MHz, which has never been there before as far as i know.
Driver booster does say i need 61 updates, so i'll do that and then come back if needed.
Thanks

Yes when i try to update using driver booster my pc just crashes, never had this before, might be because of wrong drivers, i'll use the websites. Thanks

Updating the bios of my motherboard fixed the problem, it also made my cpu work properly, didn't know an update could fix most problems. No need for throttlestop now!
Do you know any program that can automaticly check for the correct driver updates then? Since driver booster isn't trustworthy, i know there are a lot of fake driver updaters out there, but maybe a good one exists?

Even if there isn't, thanks for replying and helping me.
