what is the best PSU option available for my system?

i currently have following components:
CPU:intel core i5-4690
RAM:4gb single module of transcend
1 Optical drive
1 fan (i dont know its draw but its around 120mm)
i dont currently have a graphic card but i am going to buy a zotac gtx 1050ti

High quality and gives you room for future upgrades.
Don't buy a low quality CX series power supply.

hey thanks for replying and i would like to add that i am not really excited about a fully modular PSU if i can get a semi-modular or a non modular version for cheaper price(not at the cost of performance though)
so if there is modularity affecting the price can u please link a non-modular version?
OR is modular versions better overall?

Modular = better cable management. You wont have extra cable crammed into the case.
