Ever since I installed a new graphics card, I've been having terrible performance issues. (stuttering, etc.) Checking CPU-Z, this is what I get:
AMD 5800K CPU
CPU #0-#1: 3,792.31MHZ x38
CPU #2-#3: 1397.17MHZ x15
Uncore: 1496.97 MHZ
I tried unparking the cores, but my pc says they are already unparked. Is something damaged?
