i have a nvidia gtx 1060 but my fps is stuck on 10 to 30 fps in minecraft and i get low fps in other games too

I have had this card for a few months now and it worked fine when i first got it but randomly i started getting low fps on all my games some are now unplayable

I would suggest you download something like MSI Afterburner or a similar programme to monitor specific information when gaming. In and of itself, I can't think of a reason why you're suddenly getting lower fps; the obvious reason tends to be CPU temperature being too high and it throttles.

Whatever monitor you're using I would likely choose things like the GPU usage, GPU temperature, CPU usage, CPU temperature, RAM usage, fps, frame times to see if there are any correlating incidents appearing.

Given the graphics card you have, I would suspect your CPU usage to be quite high.
Rather vague information to go on, and sometimes difficult to know without any spec information.

First thing I would do is check the temperature of the CPU and other components. I would also consider checking if any software is running and run anti-virus and malware scanners to be on the safe side. Other standard things like drivers or even Windows updates could be considered.
