I've bought a new system. I've got an SSD which I need to format before installing W7 on it. Can an old motherboard from circa 2007 that goes by the name Asus p5b-e recognise it so I can format the drive on my old system?
Or maybe there's some tool i can upload on a flash drive to boot from it and format the SSD?
Maybe New BIOSes can format now? Yes I've been living under the rock computer-wise
