Hello

I need help to take advantage of how or what parts to pick for my work.
I am starting to learn After Effects, Edius, and Premiere. And need to build a decent system according to these software's needs.

* Should I use GTX 10 series or go through Quadro cards?
* Intel i series or Xeon CPUs?
* Do I need to buy a High-End X99 motherboard, or a Z170 is enough?
* If there's good choices from GTX cards, then go for SLi or single powerful card?
* Faster Ram modules (16GB / 3200MHz) or go for more RAM (32GB / 2400MHz)?

My budget is around 1500$ just for the main parts. (cpu, ,ram, gpu, mobo, psu, hdd, ssd)

Thanks in advance.

Most of those use OpenGL, i don't know that any of them are specifically designed for Quadro use, which means a GTX 1000 series card is plenty.
i7 6700k is a great chip.
I wouldn't worry about X99 and the whole 2011-v3, it isn't really ideal for your purposes.
RAM has a couple of factors. CAS18@3200 would be slower than a set of 12CAS@2400, just to give you an idea. you want LOW CL combined with HIGH frequency.
More than 16GB is fine, if you know how to use it. If you aren't familiar with using RAM discs or anything then 32GB is pretty much pointless.

a 6700k with a GTX 1080 would be more than enough to do what you want to do.

Nope, if you don't know why you want that then you really don't need it! if that makes sense...

You won't use any of the added benefit, so why spend a bunch more money for features that you don't have any desire to use?
