XFX R9 Fury X water cooled x2 Cross.

AMD FX 9590

Motherboard MSI 970 Carbon edition.

Case Thermaltake P3

RAM CORSAIR Veangeance 16 gb 2400 DDR3 (lateter will be 32 gb)

Crucial MX300 525 gb SSD

Thermaltake power supply 850 gold tough power grand RGB

Water cooling thermaltake pacific RL240 (Red color)

Question: will the FX 9590 make bottleneck?

The FX9590 is quite possibly the worst choice you could possibly make in a cpu. Avoid it at all costs. That motherboard is not even compatible with it. And yes it would be a severe bottleneck with even 1 Fury X much less 2.

If you really want to go with an amd cpu then I would suggest waiting for amd Ryzen since it should be a major improvement over the current generation of amd cpus. Otherwise, you should go for an intel cpu, the i5 6600k is similar pricing to the 9590 if i'm correct in thinking.
