Moving cache folder from SSD to HDD

Thanks for the fast reply.
1. Moved TMP and TEMP to D:
2. Cache of all browsers are moved to D: as well
3. When I watch a stream it still shows that stuff if written to C:. I do have a link on C: which is pointing to D:. Could that be reported as stuff being written to C: instead of D: ? I tested that cache folder and even though location is still showing as C: the files are located on D:.
4. The write rate on C: is reported between 24kb/s-650kb/s-1 mb/s.
5. The gadget I am using to monitor my system is Rainmeter's skin and Aida64, both are installed on SSD.
