Watch Dogs 2: How to average 60 FPS with a GTX 1070?

I got the game as a late Christmas present, and just installed it yesterday. Obviously, with a GTX 1070 laptop I immediately went to max all the graphics settings. The game defaulted to Ultra settings at 1080p, with variable FPS (I have a 75 Hz G-Sync monitor), and I raised all the options that I could past to their highest, with the exception of AA. I chose MSAA x4 (TXAA is too blurry) and no post-processing. Also no pixel density or whatever that's called.

Anyway, when I started the game (tutorial level) I averaged about 38-50 FPS outdoors, with 65-70 indoors. So I decided to turn off MSAA and use only SMAA, which honestly looks near identical to me. I got 10-12 FPS extra from that. But even though 50 FPS outdoors isn't too bad at 1080p/almost max, I really want to hit that 60 FPS sweet spot, even 75 FPS if I could. What setting or settings would help me hit that goal without compromising too much on the visuals? (that's why I got a 1070 after all).

Turn everything on medium and start increasing a couple of settings from then on until you find the magical 60 fps. I can't even get 60 fps stable on my gtx 970m :p. It's not the worst port but definitely not the best ported game.
