USB 2.0 connector wont go in jusb 2 pins

Im building my first PC at the moment and only one problem has occured. The usb 2.0 front panel connector wont go fully in jusb only about half or 70%. anyone knows this problem? And what i might do to fix it
Motherboard: MSI Z97S Krait edition
Case: NZXT s340 elite

I don't want you to break your PC, but sometimes it can take a little force to push things in all the way. Try wiggling the connecter as you push down and see if that helps to set it in. Being that this is your first time building a PC you will probably be surprised at how much force you will have to use on some components.
