Hello, since I find this site one the most helpful places, if i ever mess up I want your opinion on my little problem.

As the title says my main question is which PSU to buy. Now the prices are the exact same (so the typical "buy the cheapest one" wont help).Secondly i know that the ts is tier 2 which means that it has good quality but I dont know the super flower's tier am i bit meh although i ve heard that they have very good quality too.since the watts are the same i wanted to go with the plat one because am going to save some money on the bill right?.So which option so you believe that is he best?

Thanks in advance

both will do.
both are great units

the "electricity bill" difference is pretty small. the difference between gold and platin is 2-3% (depending on the load).
your system will draw around 300W tops, at electricity cost of 0.20$/kWh.
that means the XFX will draw 333W while the Super Flower will draw 327W, making a difference of 6W or 0,0012$/h
if you run it 1000h, you save 1,2$, or 3,5$ if you run your rig 8h/day, 365days of the year with a constant load of 300W

so go with whatever is cheaper^^

The specs of the PC are an i5 6500 and a rx 480 gtr edition.that why i believe that the 550w are more than enough. Plus i dont plan on doing sli anytime soon
