Really need help with CPU overheating.

Okay so I posted previously, but that's old now. I have fully dusted the pc, the paste layer is about 3 months old, I even put a 3 by 3 foot fan on high blowing towards the open side of the pc (The side panel where it's not needed is always open to prevent a literal fire because of the heat.) It always reaches 80c then it gets to the deadly 90c, the AMD cpu's limit causing a emergency reboot. The games that cause this are subnautica and astroneer. If a box fan blowing into your PC doesn't cool the CPU, then you have a mechanical problem with the contact of the heatsink to the CPU. Something is physically wrong with the installation of your CPU cooler. Alignment, pressure, something ....
