Five 3-pin fans, all running full speed. How do I control?

My motherboard has one CPU fan and one other fan header. I bought a silverstone fan distributor that takes a SATA power and all the fans plug into it, but now they all run full blast. I have a free 5 1/4 bay. Can someone direct me to the correct device that will let me control the fan speeds? When I look at the fan speed controllers with knobs, most of the descriptions say they will only work with 4-pin PWM fans. I just want to make sure I get something that will work so an actual product link would be appreciated. Need to control 5 fans.

The PWM fan hub will only work in tandem with PWM fans. If you connect 3 pin fans to the fan hub they're only receiving the full power thus the full blast. You can at this point look at fan controllers that accept 3 pin fans since 3 pin fans are voltage regulated as opposed to PWM fans that are regulated with a PWM signal and a sense wire.

one of the connectors on the fan hub is meant to be used with a cable, that goes to the mainboard, that way, the mainboard controls the fan speed as one fan but the hub feeds electrically all the fans connected

this one to the motherboard system fan connector
