Computer crashed been getting this error since, can't open chrome get error when things sconnect to online. In taskbar I have the no connection red x over the internet like the cord is unplugged but the internet still works. Tried sfc /scannow and replacing it will other dll's but no luck. in device manager I don't see anything odd. Ples halp.
