Can a GeForce GTX 1060 support 4K @ 30 FPS?

I was wondering if the GTX 1060: one of NVIDIA's Pascal graphics cards that can support VR, will be able to run smoothly (30 FPS+) at 4K. Please help me!

The 1060 averages around 18-22fps across multiple games maxed out back in September.

If you lower your settings quite a bit it's possible though (got a colleague who's actually doing that)
But it depends on the game you're playing

Got it I'll buy it when I upgrade to a 1080 or a Titan X
