Defrag weekly..? bad for ssd or good?

Well i saw somewhere before that said that defragment a ssd is bad for it... but i need my game to run faster... and i saw on my set-up that my pc has been defragmenting all hard drive including the ssd weekly... is that bad or good? thank

If Win 7 or later, your OS knows enough about the SSD to not do an actual defrag on it.
It may fall under 'Optomize" but it does not do the same thing it does with the HDD.
