Hi guys.... Right now i own a 750 Ti with 450W power supply. Then i'm planning to upgrade my psu with a Seasonic G-650 650W for future investment.

In the future i may replace my gpu with 1060 or higher and also my ram, hdd, etc. Is it wise to change the psu to 650W now or later when i buy the gpu? Or is there any recommendation other than the components i've mentioned? Thanks!

my rig:
Intel Core i5 3470 3.20GHz
Ram 8GB DDR 3
Asus 750Ti 2GB
Corsair VS 450W

You can run a 1060 on that psu, but it's always a good idea to have a good PSU though just in case you want to upgrade to something more powerful. It doesn't really matter if you upgrade now or later.
Power supplies aren't like CPUs and videocards, where something newer/cheaper comes out on a regular basis. The PSU you can buy today is still the same one you'll be buying next spring. At most you might miss a sale on a particular model maybe. So I'd buy the PSU when you can find a deal you're happy with.
