Your temps are NOT safe.
You should probably check whether your CPU cooler is attached correctly.
Reseat the CPu cooler, and change out the thermal paste with something new.

Good luck getting the temps down! :)

Those temps seems normal. I guess you reseated the cooler or something in the neightbour hood of that.
