New 4k tv, trouble with refresh rate

Good day, First of all i have all the necesery cables and connections. Both my gpu and tv are 4k compatable. My gpu is Amd Radeon R9 380 4gb DDR5 ram. The tv is Hitachi RC 4848F. In the user manual for tv it even lists 4k having 75ghz refresh rate. I am runinng 4k resolution now on 30ghz. Anyone had this issue before? CAn anyone help? I do realize there might be not enough info i provided, if you can help and need more details please ask

Using HDMI?

I think you need HDMI 2.0. Could be that the TV doesnt actually support HDMI 2.0, or not using a hdmi 2.0 cable.

i do have an hdmi 2.0 cable ready for 4k resolution specifically. I am running 4k resolution right now and it appear that only if i go down to 1980 by 1200 i can get 60 ghz

4k@60hz requires HDMI 2.0, the r9 380 only supports HDMI 1.4a. You'll need a displayport to HDMI 2.0 adapter.

Your card doesn't support HDMI 2.0

It is HDMI 1.4

This limits you to 4k at 30hz

Appears that i read up wrong about my HDMI support on the Gpu. My own fault.. sorry. However would there be anything i could do to make this work without buying a new gpu? Im not the best at picking this stuff out so if anyone would be willing to drop an exemplary link as to what i should look for i would greatly appreciate your help
