When I first built my PC over a year ago I took the easy option of installing MSI Command Center, hitting the quick OC Genie which took my i5 4690k to 4Ghz and leaving it at that, now however I wish to push my CPU to around 4.5Ghz the right way - in the BIOS.
Now as I am a complete novice I don't want to simply uninstall the software open up the BIOS and start messing with settings because of the potential damage I could do.
So my question is how do I go about safely removing this software so that I can begin with BIOS overclocking?
