Hello i just bought a 1080p Monitor (Asus VC239) now im thinking of what Graphics card to buy that can run a game at 1080p @ 60 fps Ultra or lower that can be on par (that will not bottleneck) and on the best bang for the buck value card., i watched this video:

and gave some clarifications but still unclear about other cards from AMD.
My Current Specs Right now:
MOBO: ASUS H81M-D
CPU:G3250 3.2 Ghz Haswell (Planning to upgrade to i5 4xxx+ later on
RAM 8+4 = 12GB HyperX Fury 1866Mhz
STORAGE 1: ADATA SP550 SSD 120GB
STORAGE 2: Seagate Momentus Thin 500GB
GPU: _________ (Choosing between 1050 ti, 1060 3gb,1060 6gb,rx 470 4gb)
My budget is around 160-240 usd (converted from my country's currency)
please recommend me a card that only requires 1 6pin or no supplementary power connectors at all as my PSU is only capable of 2 6pins and not a single 8pin (any brand of graphics card would do)
