Hi guys could anyone help me. Im having extremly bad FPS in every game, even that cpu and gpu are at low usage. Cpu sometimes 50% gpu 40% or for example the photo i will tell you down there, i dont know what is happening i have this in every game. The temps are good, just changed thermal paste, i have unparked the cpu, antivirus is off, no viruses in pc or malwares, drives up to date, i tried everything its still the same thing. What to do what can it be? Please guys help
