Cpu motherbourd or new case with liquid coling system

Hellow im looking for a bit more performance to my pc what i need to change.
Gigabyte B85M-D2V
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz
Crusial balistix tactical 2x8 16.0 GB ram
Graphic card Gigabyte Gv-N1060 G1 Gaming 6GB
Case GTT HAVANA 325BS MATX
SSD hyperx savage 480Gb + seagate baracuda 1TB
Power Modecom 600w

I would say in your price range yes the i7-4790 is the only upgrade.

If I were you I would consider saving up a bit more to get a full system upgrade, as just the swap to 4790 is not worth it.

Also keep in mind BF1 has a lot of CPU usage issues, other games will not run into the problems youre seeing here.

What do you mean by a bit more performance? What are your performance issues, what are you trying to play that is not up to snuff?

PS: A liquid cooling system is a waste of money and not going to do anything for you.

On bf1 always show 60fps but sometimes it drops to 40 50 and when gaming is not so cool i check all the time hardware monitor cpu usage max100% max temp 72c at gta 5 is the same gpu is 65c max

Ok, thats correct for your system, Battlefield 1 is very CPU intensive.

Buying an i7 for your system isn't going to be a huge boost, also a k isn't worth it because your motherboard can't overclock.

If you're looking to buy new an i7-6700k and board would bring that average fps up a bit and keep you at 60 all the time at least.

You will also need a motherboard, ram, and that PSU you have is garbage you should replace that too.

Whats your budget/location?

yup I read a forum and I fix it about 90% sometimes it drops but don't mind thx both of you guys. I don't upgrade anything because no game its for name what shoud need beter pc.
