Will you notice a big difference between an i5-6400 and an i5-6500? In my place the 6500 costs for about $30 more than the 6400. I saw that they're both i5s, both great CPUs but their clockspeeds differ. The i5-6400 has 2.7GHz - 3.3GHz while the i5-6500 has 3.2GHz - 3.6GHz so I'm kinda hesitating which to buy. I will be building with the ff specs:
ASUS H110M-K
GSKILL 2×8GB DDR4 2400MHz
ASUS GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 192BIT
TOSHIBA Q300 120GB SSD
SEAGATE 2TB 7200RPM
SEASONIC S12II-520W 80+ BRONZE
The pc will be mainly used for gaming. GTA V, NBA 2K17, World of Warcraft Legion, and such is to be expected to be installed in this pc. I've watched some videos on YouTube but I'm not that convinced since some said that there are some inaccurate videos there. So I need a help from you guys. Is the $30 to be saved if I bought the 6400 worth and invest more on the GPU (like Strix for example), or 6500 will have a significantly better performance over it and the $30 is worth putting on it.
