Good Graphics card? - AH3450

So I've been working with my Dell workstation 450 and was wondering if my GPU is fine for the following :). I also have a 604 Xeon 3.06ghz as my main processor and will get the second processor soon.

So the graphics card in question is a ASUS Radeon AH3450 256mb. Overall the card is serving me well.

So far I've tried Half Life 2 and Left 4 Dead 2. The performance was really good . A game that failed was Payday The Heist but I expected it to.

Now the games I'd like to try are::
Call of Dury 4 and possibly 5
Far cry 2
Fallout 3/Vegas
Mafia 2
Halo 2

not giving you an upgrade commentary but the following games requirements

COD 4 : Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 @ 1 GB / ATI Radeon HD 7850 @ 1 GB.
COD 5 : Graphics Card: Nvidia 6600GT/ATI Radeon 1600XT or higher (Shader 3.0 or better) with 256MB memory
Far Cry 2: Video card: NVidia 6800 or ATI X1650 or better (Shader Model 3 required, 256 Mb of graphic memory)
fallout 3: Direct X 9.0c compliant videocard with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better / ATI X850 or better)
mafia 2 : Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8600 / ATI HD2600 Pro or better.
Halo 2: ATI X700 or Nvidia 6100 display adapter with 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM and the following features: Pixel shader: 2 or greater & Vertex shader: 2 or greater

I wrote this while I was absolutely exhausted and couldn't concentrate at all so sorry for leaving out the question but pretty much I'm asking, would this perform well or just enough for the games to run and be playable

As the games are cheap now, I guess I could try them out. Just wanted to see if anyone had input on its performance.
