my graphics card isn't working. Asus Geforce GTX 750ti

I just recently bought an Asus Geforce GTX 750ti. The computer picks it up but the card doesn't run any different in games when i was on integrated graphics before i got it. I don't know if it's my drivers or what. I've downloaded the latest driver available for the card on the nvidia website but the card doesn't seem to be doing anything.

It is not a life changing graphic card... it actually performs very bad...
Should not get an extremly noticeable improvement... BUT im pretty sure it can also be a compatibility issue. My recommendation is to Clear all the previous drivers, make sure there is no drivers left. And then install them back again and if it dosent actually work format the PC then install the drivers and you will get a fresh new and clear PC capable of performing at its maximum.
