I built a new computer for my work place with the following items below.

When I first put it together I tried installing windows 7 but it froze just as it was adding something to my registry so I left it for 1 hour and it didn't change so I hard reset it. I thought this was maybe a disc issue but it has gotten worse. I downloaded the official Windows 10 disc from the Microsoft website to try that also but that is freezing too. Any tests I can run in the bios to try find my issue?
