Hi, I need a replacement PSU as mine is supposedly overheating.

Current setup: AMD Athlon X4 860K, GTX 970, 16GB DDR3, Asrock fm2a88m extreme4+
Corsair CX750M

No, I don't have access to another PSU

I like the sound of the EVGA SuperNOVA one, but I will be losing 200W? Is that ok?

Would it not be best to go for a high range Gold Modular Power Supply?
