I'm not sure if my RAM speed is correct

I have 8GB RAM, Dual channel DDR2

In CPU-Z my DRAM Frequency is shown as 333.8 MHz, am I looking at the right thing or am I missing something?

Your running dual channel so it's double what that shows.

Yes very close to that it don't round perfect.

One thing to note, because its running in dual channel mode does not mean it is double. The double comes from the ddr (double data rate) of the ram itself
