Hi, PC spec is below, all components are only weeks old.

I updated my motherboard BIOS from F4 to the latest F20 because I was having some random crash issues. Now the GPU isn't showing up in device manager and the computer is running on Intel integrated graphics instead.

It took my a while to figure out what was going on because the PC was running but the screen was blank - I had to move the monitor to the VGA on the MB rather than the HDMI on the graphics card.

I have played around with the BIOS settings (which are consfusing) and I have not got it working. The GPU lights up and the fan is running so clearly it has power.

Resetting the CMOS has not helped.

Any thoughts....? :)

Gigabyte H110M-S2H
3GB GeForce GTX 1060ti
i5-6600

edit:
I fixed this problem by
1) physically removing the graphics card,
2) restarting the computer (obviously put the case back on first)
3) logging on to windows
4) shutting down the computer,
5) reinstalling the graphics card
6) restarting the computer - the GPU was working immediately albeit in the wrong screen resolution.
7) I then had to re-install all the correct drivers from windows by downloading from the Nvida Geforce website.

I don't know why this worked because the GPU was already properly physically installed but somehow it seems to have made the updated BIOS recognise it again.

So if your GPU isn't being detected by device manager or is just displaying a black screen after you have flashed your Gigabyte Motherboard BIOS, perhaps from F4 to F20, this might be worth a try.

Solution
Unless I've missed something over the holiday period, there is not 1060ti?
Where did you buy a card listed as such?

If that's just a typo, take a look through this thread:

Hi :)

I'm past step 22 already, resetting the CMOS hasn't helped. The GPU was detected prior to updating the BIOS; unfortunately I can't revert it back. The computer runs and everything it just doesn't seem to detect the GPU and if you hook up the monitor to the GPU it is a black screen. Kind of strange as the lights are on so it clearly has power.

Anyway, the full spec is:
Windows 10 pro
Gigabyte H110M-S2H
Intel Core i5 6600 3.3GHz
3GB GeForce GTX 1060 (MSI)
16GB Crucial DDR4 2133MHz
Crucial 525GB SSD
CiT Active 85 550W
