Hi all as the title says really, I need to get this board RMA'd as it no longer starts up, the lights come on on the motherboard but nothing will start it up, not manually or with the button. I've checked with known working parts etc and also tried to use the BIOS flashback which doesn't work as no light flashes by the BIOS while holding the BIOS flashback button with the correctly formatted and named USB stick and file.
I've tried to check for warranty on the Asus site as the original retailer has told me to deal with the manufacturer as it's over a year old but the Asus site tells me to deal with the retailer! So, i'm a bit stuck, i'm going to call them in the morning and see what they say but wouldn't mind any info before then I may use! Is there any known way to get an RMA for an Asus ROG board with Asus themselves? I did read someones thread on here from 2012 I believe who found a way to contact a manager who offered him a £15 repair service which basically just covered postal costs so if anybody knows how to go down that route I wouldn't mind hearing about it or given some pointers as If all else fails tomorrow I can at least try and get the ball rolling that way if necessary.
