i wonder if i should use Msi Afterburner on my Lenovo Y700 laptop and if yes with which settings.I dont want to shorten my laptop life so much.I want to use it for atleast 3 more years.

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700 HQ 2.6 GHz (3.5 on turbo)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960M 4Gb
Ram: 16 gb
By the way i dont want too much boost.I have tried some new games such as watchdogs 2 whic i get 30-40 fps on 720p high settings but with anti-aliasing n stuff off.I also tried witcher 3 on 900p low-mid setting which i got 30-40 fps.I would like to have like a 5-10 fps boost.Not too crazy boost.I dont want to fry my laptop either make it die in a year.Please help.
