Fx 8320 + xfx rx 480 rs screen tearing?

Hi, so when gaming on CS:GO, Infinite Warfare (Dont hate), and other games, i get this noticeable screen tearing when looking around with v-sync off, and i dont want to turn it on cuz it just makes my games slower. What do i do?

Specs
CPU: FX 8320
GPU: XFX RX 480 RS
MOBO: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
RAM: G.Skill 8gb (4x2)
Cooling: DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm MAELSTROM 120T Liquid CPU Cooling System

I don't think it's either your cpu or gpu (or maybe it's an apu whatever). It's probably your monitor. Can you give us the model number and the brand? Also, if it was a cheap monitor that's probably also the case.

Get a higher refresh rate monitor with freesync, that will eliminate your screen tearing.

Doesn't have anything to do with it being a bad monitor. It's just not in sync with the monitor's refresh rate, hence the tearing.

Only way to solve it is using a frame limiter, no other way.

Limit FPS to 59 using AMD's FRTC.

Anyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyways you should be able to get a nice 90hz monitor (yours is only 75hz or so) that's about the same size as your's for under $150. That should stop most of the tearing, but if you really wanna get rid of it completely you should get one 120hz+, although the good ones around your size are probably $200+.
