I went out of state for Christmas with my computer off and when I came back to play some new games I got for the winter sale, steam couldn't connect. Then I went to google to see if steam was down, then chrome said "Your Internet access is blocked" "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED"
Things I have tried:
-reset my router
-unplugged USB WiFi
-took USB WiFi off the base and plugged directly on the front panel
-looked at my firewall settings
-deleted my free trial of Norton (I own Norton but haven't downloaded it yet)
-deleted unnecessary programs that look suspicious
I hope I don't have a virus, but this started while the pc was off. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
I recently got this pc used from a family member, I have since factory reset the computer. I just don't want to download my games again. So this is an option.
