CPU problem causing Hard System Freeze!!! Please Help.

Hi guys!

Over the last few days my computer has been hard freezing and i've been having to restart it manually (normally when playing a game). I did a few tests and after a minute or two of benching my CPU Multi Threading with CPU-Z, the average score of 8000 drops to about 2000-3000. It is causing crashes and I need someone to please help me.

The PC isn't crashing. I manually have to restart it as the frame freezes and doesn't move. Furthermore, please could you help me log and upload a dmp file as I've never done it before.

I've done RAM tests and they all seem to come out with no problems.
In the video above you can see that the score of the CPU bench goes down.

What could possibly cause that?
