Hello all. I updated my radeon card drivers now my usb ports dont work. 2.0 dose not work either. They work fine in bios but not in safe mode or windows. I can not go to a page to download new drivers. Mouse and keyboard both are usb.
Please help!
I can not navigate to device manager to uninstall anything. Keyboard and mouse both stop working when windows launchs. They both work when i enter the bios.
Disable them in BIOS instead then if you can. Most newer boards have that function. Windows should discover them and install drivers. If not, re enable then try.
