So I just started building my pc and I noticed that my mobo has one chassis fan 4 pin connector.I currently have 2 case fans and they both have 3 pin connectors plus a male 4 pin power connector which is weird because I cant connect that to my psu since theyre both male connectors. Is there anything I could buy for both of the problems that im having rn? Please help

If you look at that 3pin connector, it has a raised ridge on one side. That's called a key. If you look at the 4pin header it's rectangular, but on 1 of the long sides is a slot. You install your 3pin connector into the header, matching the key to the slot. You'll have an extra pin in the header, but that's OK, it's a pwm signal pin for 4pin pwm fans. Your 3 pin is not pwm, so you don't need that 4th pin at all. This is perfectly normal procedure for your fan/header.

Ignore the molex. It's for use with a fan controller, which you don't have. You don't need both connected, just the 3pin.

You use a splitter in exactly the same way. 1 fan in each of the double side, the single connector going to your motherboard

Do you have any spare spots on the Motherboard for the fans? Usually motherboards support multiple 3 or 4 pin fans.
